Delta 9s career started in Chicago in 1992. After his first release 'Deep 13' on Drop Bass Records, he immediately gained worldwide recognition. The name Delta 9 is taken from "?9-THC" (full name of "delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol"), but more commonly known as "THC", the main active chemical compound in Cannabis. Breaking new ground with his unique and aggressive style, Delta 9 continued on to produce releases and appeared on over 200 domestic and European CD compilations. Delta 9 has headlined all across the US as well Italy, England, France, Switzerland, Germany, Canada and the Netherlands. He has also done remixes for bands on major labels such as Corrosion of Conformity, Napalm Death and currently, SOIL. Delta 9 owns his own label 'Devil times Nine' records and continues to produce relentlessly. Hardest of the Hard, there is no other!
