Accelarator , born as Mick Gründer in 1986 in The Netherlands, came in contact with house and especially hardcore around 1994, it was love at first sight. Since that time a lot has changed. Instead of following the scene, he is making it! Alone as Accelarator and together with Paul Elstak as The Hitmen on Offensive Records and Megarave Records.
With his first release on Offensive 23 in 2005 it all begon and was asked to sign at RigeEntertainment. After that, releases and remixes have been released on vinyl and cd. Within only 3 years he has done collaborations with Paul Elstak, J.D.A., Rotterdam Terror Corps, Mc Ruffian, Dj Lunatic and remixes done for Headbanger, Angerfist, Partyraiser, J.D.A., Lunatic & Miss Hysteria and Too Fast For Mellow. This man sure knows how hardcore should sound. Known for his hard and rough kicks with a catchy melody and mindblowing edits.
But thats not all! It's not just the studio he spends a lot of his time in, but also on stage as a Dj as Accelarator, The Hitmen or Offensive Live! Played at large events like Hardcore 4 Life, Beter Kom Je Niet, Megarave and Harmony of Hardcore Outdoor. With absolute determination to reach the top and create high quality hardcore, the future is bright and booming for the Accelarator!
