OPTIE
Het plaatsen van een optie is altijd vrijblijvend en er zijn geen kosten aan verbonden. Een optie houdt in dat indien de artiest beschikbaar is wij uw boekingsaanvraag in de agenda van artiest zetten. Opties zijn 5 dagen geldig. Na de vijfde dag dat u een optie heeft geplaatst krijgt u automatisch vanuit ons systeem herinneringsmails. Indien een andere organisatie voor dezelfde datum een optie of boeking vraagt zullen wij contact met u opnemen. U krijgt dan 1 dag de tijd om aan te geven of u wel of geen gebruik gaat maken van uw optie voordat wij deze aan een ander geven.
U kunt een optie of boeking per mail (bookings@rige.net), via deze site (book online) of telefonisch (010.5065510) plaatsen. Indien u een optie via mail of deze site plaatst zal een van onze medewerkers contact met u opnemen om de optie te bevestigen. Indien de artiest niet beschikbaar is op de gewenste datum (of dat er al een optie geplaatst is) krijgt u dat direct te horen en wordt er een passend alternatief aangeboden zoals een andere datum of een andere artiest welke wel beschikbaar is op de genoemde datum.

HOE MAAK IK EEN BOEKING DEFINITIEF?
U maakt een definitieve boeking wanneer u ons mondeling of per e-mail de boeking bevestigd. Op dat moment wordt de artiest door ons ook vastgelegd en is er een overeenkomst tot stand gekomen. Wij hebben uw volledige naam, adres, email en telefoonnummer nodig waar het contract op moet komen te staan en de adresgegevens van de locatie waar het evenement zal gaan plaats vinden. Waarna wij een contract zullen opmaken waarin alle gemaakte afspraken met betrekking tot uw boeking overzichtelijk en duidelijk zijn vastgelegd en vervolgens per mail of indien gewenst per post naar u sturen. U tekent de overeenkomst en retourneert deze naar ons. U ontvangt binnen enkele dagen een door ons ondertekend exemplaar retour.
WELKE TECHNISCHE VOORZIENINGEN DIENEN AANWEZIG TE ZIJN?
Dit verschilt per artiest. In het contract staat vermeld wat de artiest nodig heeft. U kunt bij twijfel altijd contact met ons opnemen om te controleren of de voorzieningen voldoende zijn.
HOE LANG KOMT EEN DEEJAY DRAAIEN EN/OF EEN LIVE-ACT OPTREDEN?
De deejays draaien maximaal 1,5 uur. Een optreden duurt maximaal 30 minuten. Het is aan de organisator hoe lang hij een artiest wenst te laten draaien mits het niet de maximale tijdsduur overschrijdt.

OPTION
An option means if the artists is available we include your requested date in the agenda of the artist without engagement and/or costs. Your option is valid for 5 days. After the fifth day you will receive automatically via our system a reminder by email. In case another promoter would like to have an option or book the artist on the same date you reqeuested we will contact you immidiately. You have 1 day to inform whether or not you would like to book the artist before we give the date to the other promoter.
You can place an option by mail (mail to: bookings@rige.net), via this site (book online) or by phone (+31.(0)10.5065510). When you request an option by mail or this site a co-worker will contact you to confirm the option. In case the artist is not available on your requested date we will offer an other date or an other artist who is available on your requested date.

HOW DO I CONFIRM A BOOKING?
When you confirm the booking by phone and/or mail we need your full name, adress, email and telephone number and the address of the venue so we can prepare the contract. We will send the contract by mail or if you prefer by post. As soon you have returned signed copies, we will sign the contract and send signed copies to you.

HOW LONG DOES AN ARTIST PERFORM?
A deejay will play maximum 90 minutes and a live-act 30 minutes. The duration of a set is the choice of the promoter, as long the duration is not longer then the maximum mentioned.
