Comment by Kasparov : June 18th I headed to Australia for a Kasparov Live Set in Brisbane Australia. It was my first time down-under and had no expectations at all. After a long long flight of 21 flight and traveling for 36 hours total I arrived in Brisbane. Saturday the 21th I first had an autograph session at the location. This was really cool as I found that many hardcore-lovers came to say hello. The crowd responded great on my halfhour kasparov-pounding set and after the set I had to sign at least 60 kasparov records. Its so cool to c people on the other side of the world enjoying your music! The trip was amazing!
RAVEWORLD - FRIDAY 22 AUGUST - PEPPERMILL HEERLEN
Door de steeds strenger wordende regelgeving vanuit de gemeente is dit jaar gekozen voor een editie van Raveworld in de Peppermill. Met een supervette line up, vj's extra geluid en licht zal de Peppermill op 22 augustus compleet op zijn kop staan. In 4 area's kan je genieten van wat het beste op hardcore gebied te horen is. Dit keer is er gekozen voor een Main area, Early Raveworld area, Mainstream 2000 area en een nieuwe VIP area.
PARTYTIME!
Tijdens de party kan je genieten van danseressen, vuurspugers en vette acts als Endymion en uit Italie de Art of Fighters. Je kan genieten van Korsakoff tot Paul Elstak er is dit keer gekozen voor een 'brede' line up in de Main. In de Early Raveworld area gaan we terug in de tijd met 50% van het Forze team en 2 steunpilaren van Shadowlands Tango en Cash. In deze area zal ook een special invited guest komen maar dat zie je op de avond zelf wel. Hier kan je genieten van the best of the past 1994 tm 2000. In de Mainstream 2000 kan je genieten van een extra lange 2000 till now set van dj Tommyknocker, JDA en Dr Z Vago.
VIPTIME!
Voor het eerst zal de nieuwe Vipruimte in gebruik worden genomen, deze grote ruimte aangrenzend aan een buitenplaats biedt voor de Vippers exclusieve sets met alle soorten hardcore. U vraagt wij draaien is het credo dit keer. De Vips kunnen dit keer ook gebruik maken van een exclusieve barbecue van 20.30 tot 23.00 ook krijg je een t-shirt en een 5 consumpties bij je Vip ticket en de garderobe en toiletten zijn ook inbegrepen.
BUITEN?
Dit jaar is er dus geen buitenpodium en zal daardoor de leeftijd naar 16+ verschuiven, net als de vroegere Megarave edities. Het gemis van het buitenpodium maken we goed met vele extra's tijdens dit evenement en de mogelijkheid om te roken is natuurlijk ook geen probleem in de Peppermill. De huidige verbouwing zal wat leuke verrassingen met zich meebrengen die de feestvreugde alleen maar verhogen!

Doors open at 21.00, miniumum age : 16, Tickets : 27,50 excluding fee, Vip ticket : 55,- excluding fee. A VIPticket includes a BBQ from 20.30 till 23.00, 5 coins, access to the VIP area (Royal Suite) and when you arrive a glass of champagne and t-shirt. The doors of the party for the regular guests open at 21.00. VIP guests can enter the VIP BBQ area already at 20.30. The VIP BBQ area will close at 23.00. After 23.00 VIP guests will have access to the VIP lounge.

Per direct is MOH radio met Hardcore radio gefuseerd, dit houdt in dat je op alle websites van Art of Dance, Rige en natuurlijk Hardcoreradio kan genieten van het beste wat hardcore te bieden heeft. Voor de programmering heeft dit enkele positieve gevolgen: Meer tracks dan ooit, een betere kwaliteit stream, meer gastdj's en meer liveshows. Ook kan je veel extra informatie vinden op deze nieuwe website en via hyves.

The people from regional broadcaster "Omroep Flevoland" have made a small portrait of Dj Dione,which was broadcasted on the 13th of May 2008.
It's all in Dutch, but it contains some nice footage from the last "Nightmare" party in Ahoy,Rotterdam (Holland). For the rest he was filmed in his studio, in the club where he started playing and on his way to the party. The duration is about 10 minutes long and and, ofcourse, contains some music from Dione.
